You can always call or e-mail us. It is also possible to send us a message through the reservation. If you have not booked directly with us, you should request a change or cancellation from the party you booked with.
Additional beds are possible in Hotel Pagi. Please contact us in advance to arrange an extra bed. Additional children / adults are charged €20 per night for extra beds.
Children of all ages are welcome. There is no supplementary charge for children up to 6 years old. All further older children or adults are charged €20 per night for extra beds.
If you have booked a non-refundable rate, payment is required immediately, in which case the hotel requires payment to be made by credit card. In exceptional cases, bank transfers may also be accepted. We also accept bank cards. No cash payments are possible.
When making a reservation Hotel Pagi will ask for credit card details to guarantee your reservation. We will block/freeze an amount of 1 night’s stay on your credit card in order to reserve the room for you. This amount will automatically return to your credit card.
In case of a Non Refundable reservation the full amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. This type of reservation is non refundable. In case of a cancellation there will be no refund.
If a payment or pre-authorization is made by a third party during the reservation process and/or the name of the credit card holder is different from the name of the booker and/or guests, the hotel will probably ask for a scanned copy of the card holder's ID and a signed letter of authorization from the card holder giving his/her agreement to the use of the credit card for the reservation.
If a third party wishes to pay for the reservation on arrival, this is not a problem.
Tourist tax is a municipal tax for paid accommodation in Amsterdam. The Amsterdam city council requires each tourist to pay 7% of the total room price + EUR 3 per person, per night tourist tax for accommodation to improve the city and its facilities. Check-in is possible from 14:30.
Certainly, we will be happy to store your luggage for you, so that you can start enjoying Amsterdam.
The hotel does not offer parking. Public parking (paid) is available nearby.
Unfortunately we do not offer a shuttle service. The quickest and easiest way is to take the train from Schiphol. The train runs every 15 minutes from 06:00 until midnight.

During your stay
Unfortunately we cannot allow pets in the hotel.
In case of a flexible rate, you can cancel your booking up to 23:59 the day before your booked arrival date.
In the case of a non-refundable rate, 100% of the accommodation costs are debited on the day of booking. Should there be a cancellation or no-show, there will be no refund. The amount will be debited in advance for the total stay. Changing dates is also not possible.
